The 17 year-old delivered via C-section, and her little one weighed in at 7 pounds 11 punces. According to a family spokesperson, “both mom and baby are healthy and happy. Actor Charlie Sheen has issued an apology for a curse-filled voicemail that his ex-wife, Denise Richards, made public. On the voicemail, Sheen is heard cursing and using a vulgar term for a part of the female anatomy as well as the "N" word. Sounds like Charlie Sheen was taking voicemail lessons from Alec Baldwin.

American Idol runner-up David Archuleta’s music career is cutting into his schoolwork. TMZ.com reports that David withdrew from his Utah high school during the Idol season and is not committed to return for his senior year. The website says Archuleta will instead be home-schooled while he works on his album. High school? You mean David's not in fifth grade?

Matthew McConaughey’s surfing trip in Nicaragua earlier this month was a mixed bag. The New York Daily News reports that the actor met some ladies at a bar, did some drinking but lost a flip flop at a bar. Matthew is expecting a child with his model-girlfriend and while he admits he had a good time on the trip, he absolutely denies putting the moves on any chicas. By the way, Matthew has offered a reward to anyone who finds his left flip flop which leads me to believe one thing…he’s still drunk.

STAR Artist Poison has filed a a lawsuit against Capitol Records alleging they held out on royalties dating all the way back to the mid-80s. Bret and the boys are demanding a full independent audit of Capitol’s books and are seeking “unspecified and incidental damages.”

Briefly:
Nicole Ritchie is getting rid of one of the last reminders of her 2005 failed engagement to Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, the 10 thousand dollar gold-colored gown she wore to their engagement party. The dress isn't for everyone, it's a size zero. I guess the dress was custom made so the size matches her I.Q.
